Abstract Submission
- Every plenary
speaker will submit the title and abstract
of a presentation along with the full
payment of the cost for shuttle rides
(if chosen), and the banquet (if chosen) plus
the registration material, all in one
single step via Internet.
- Every non-plenary
speaker will submit the title and abstract
of a presentation along with the full
payment of the due registration fees,
the cost for shuttle rides (if chosen), and
the banquet (if chosen) plus the registration
material, all in one single step via Internet.
- Please note that the
roundtrip shuttle-fee and banquet cost, as needed, must
accompany the registration material and fees along
with an abstract at the same time.
- The
deadline set by our conference services is March
30, 2008, without
any exception.
- A title and abstract
submitted without both the appropriate
registration material and full payment of fees
will not be counted.
Abstract Layout
- The title of a
presentation ought to be free from any mathematical expressions. An abstract
should be non-technical and prepared as a Word
document (.doc file only). At the time
of registration, one should upload a WORD file only.
- A title, authors'
names, their affiliations, and the abstract itself cannot exceed more than
one-half of a page in length. A template with specific details is shown on
the registration site ().
The Deadline
- The absolute deadline is March 30, 2008.
- It is emphasized that after March
30, 2008 the conference services will not
accept any title and/or abstract with regard to a presentation.
