Those participants who will stay in the dorm, it is extremely important that they return their room keys at the 24-hour front desk at check-out. One cannot just leave a key inside a room and assume "checking-out" from the dorm.

One must physically report to the front desk and check out and return the key there at that time.

If a room key walks away (for whatever reason) with a participant, a participant's registration account will be charged heavily for a new key and a new lock plus labor! When a key walks away, the lock has to be changed. It is mandatory. The affected participant's registration account will be charged for the full amount due.
