Abstract Submission, Abstract Layout, and Deadline

Abstract Submission and Deadline

Only a WORD file ought to be uploaded. A title and abstract will not have any mathematics or mathematical symbols. Deadline: March 30

Abstract Template

An uploaded abstract must conform to the style (including all margins, length, layout of authors' names, their affiliations, and font sizes) that one finds in our posted template. Otherwise, it will be returned and your registration will remain incomplete. Complete this process on or before March 30.

Replacing an Uploaded Abstract with a Newer Version: How to Do It?

Please go on-line and then to your own "existing registration". It will ask you to enter your E-mail address for validation. Continue and then it will ask you to enter the password for validation. Continue again and now you will see four items pop up. The second item is "make changes to group members" and click on that. Now you will see that you are listed (along with your companion, if registered) as existing registrant (s). On the line dedicated to your name line, the third item is "edit optional items". Click on that and now you will see a screen that will guide you to replace your earlier uploaded abstract. In the end, do not forget to submit or save.
